As an independent, democratic group, you have a voice in how your practice is structured.

We value wellness and life-work balance by having a lower clinical hours requirement, flexible scheduling guidelines, and a task force that works to improve physician job satisfaction.

We value education. We have a robust continuing medical education program that includes simulation, airway courses, procedure labs, EM grand rounds, pediatric EM didactics, and access to other free conferences. Multiple sites also teach medical and PA students, residents, and fellows.

Yes. Many of our providers are involved in non-clinical work including EMS roles, EM administrative work, information technology, quality oversight, ultrasound development, teaching, and other committee work.

We are looking for an engaged, energetic, hard-working physician who is a team player and constantly striving to improve their practice.

Yes! Our goal is to have as many physicians cross-credentialed at multiple sites as possible. We strive to work as one team, and this cross-collaboration and teamwork help promote that value.

The partnership track is typically 2 years in length.

We have a robust APP program that works closely with our physicians to help provide clinical and administrative support. We have an internal scribe program that is available to physicians to help with documentation needs. We have a internal data warehouse that helps track clinical encounters, administrative tasks, and quality goals.
